Description:
The Street Law text provides the basis for a one-semester elective course on the law. Units cover an introduction to the law and legal system, criminal law and juvenile justice, torts, consumer and housing law, family law, and individual rights and liberties. The ancillary materials—including a teacher’s edition, test bank, workbook, videos, and a comprehensive web site—provide for numerous interactive teaching activities to accompany the text. In the Denver area, law students from the University of Denver may be available to assist Street Law teachers.
